½ cups cottage cheese (low fat) (~4 oz)
⅓ cups chia seeds (~1 ¼ oz)
½ cups water
1 ⅓ tbsp raw cocoa powder (~½ oz)
2 tbsp honey or agave syrup (~1 ½ oz)
optional: 1 tsp vanilla extract
Soak the chia seeds in water until they gel.
Once the chia seeds absorb the liquid, add all other ingredients (cottage cheese, honey, vanilla, cocoa powder) to a high powered blender. Blend everything until completely smooth.
